The main objective of the project is to rebuild the National Road RN5A, between the cities of Sambava and Antalaha, in the north-east of the island.
This road is 180 km long, included 1.5 km of urban road inside the city of Antalaha, road in bituminous concrete pavement.
The construction and rehabilitation works on this road aim at the economic development of the region the main tasks concern the construction and reconstruction of different bridges and the building of riprap foundation of the harbour infrastructures.
The project included upgrading works, rehabilitation and widening works of urban roads.
