The project aims at assisting the Ministry of Social Reconstruction (General Directorate of Transport Infrastructures – DGIT) in developing new policies for the setting-up of a privatised management of the road sector in cement concrete pavement.
A permanent technical assistance is provided to the management of different types of development projects with a major focus on those financed under the EDF.
