SUPERVISION FOR THE WORKS OF REINFORCEMENT OF STRUCTURAL NETWORK OF LOT PROJECTS FROM 4 TO 7 ROAD LENGTH: 115 KM
The project concerns the backing of several sections and the reconstruction of the access to the Toamasina harbor. The roads leads in concrete pavement from Brickaville to Toamasina (total Length 115 Km).
The road is partially in dual carriageway (about 40 km) and includes interchanges to facilitate the connection to other roads and to the harbour.
The project includes upgrading works under Double Bituminous Surface Treatment, and rehabilitation and widening works of urban roads
